After connecting Sirvoy to Airbnb, all new bookings will automatically import, but bookings made before the connection need to be imported manually.
Before You Start:
- Connect your Sirvoy and Airbnb accounts.
- Map the Airbnb listings of your choice to the matching Sirvoy Room Types. Make sure to save the mapping.
Importing Airbnb Bookings
In Integration with Airbnb, click “Import bookings.”
Each booking to be imported will fall into three different categories depending on:
- If the potential import’s data matches any bookings already in Sirvoy, which could indicate that it’s a duplicate booking and the two should be merged.
- Unit availability for the potential import’s dates.
